At Beekeeping Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with refunds and returns under the following conditions.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with proof (such as images), and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Customized or special-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
